摘要
本研究参考德国标准委员会DIN 10760-2002方法测定了我国洋槐蜜、荆条蜜、油菜蜜、枣花蜜和椴树蜜5种蜂蜜中的花粉相对含量及花粉细胞形态特征。结果表明,该方法操作简便,观察到的花粉细胞形态特征清晰,适合基层实验室蜂蜜中花粉相对含量测定和品种的鉴别。
The relative pollen contents and morphological characteristics of pollen cell were studied for five different kind of honey samples,acacia honey,chaste tree twigs honey,oill-seed rape honey,Chinese date honey and linden honey in accordance with the standard method of German standard committee DIN 10760-2002.The results indicated that this method is simple and the morphological characteristics of pollen cell could be observed clearly,this method is suitable for the determination of relative contents of pollen in honey and the honey identification in common laboratory.
