摘要
目的研究扶正固本汤联合调强放疗治疗宫颈癌的临床效果和安全性。方法 60例宫颈癌患者随机分为2组。对照组单纯采用调强放疗治疗,观察组联合服用扶正固本汤治疗。比较2组的临床治疗效果,观察2组的阴道切缘阳性率、淋巴结转移阳性率、宫旁累及阳性率和脉管浸润阳性率,比较脱发、恶心呕吐、肝肾毒性以及神经毒性等不良反应发生率。进行3年的随访,观察复发率、转移率以及3年生存率等远期疗效指标。结果观察组的近期治疗有效率为86.67%(26/30),明显高于对照组的66.67%(20/30)(P <0.05);观察组术后阴道切缘阳性率、淋巴结转移阳性率、宫旁累及阳性率和脉管浸润阳性率明显低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组脱发以及恶心呕吐发生率明显低于对照组(P <0.05);经过3年的随访发现观察组复发率以及转移率明显低于对照组(P <0.05),观察组3年生存率明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论扶正固本汤联合调强放疗治疗宫颈癌的近期疗效以及远期疗效明显优于单纯调强放疗治疗,且具有较高的安全性。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Fuzheng Guben decoction combined with intensity modulated radiation therapy in the treatment of cervical cancer. Methods 60 patients with cervical cancer were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was only treated with intensity modulated radiation therapy, and the observation group was treated with Fuzheng Guben decoction. The positive rate of vaginal margin, lymph node metastasis rate, positive rate of para uterine invasion and positive rate of vascular invasion were observed in two groups. The incidence of side effects such as hair loss, nausea and vomiting, liver and kidney toxicity, neurotoxicity and so on were compared between the two groups. Two groups of patients were followed up for 3 years. The recurrence rate, metastasis rate and 3 year survival rate of the two groups were observed. Results After treatment, the effective rate of the observation group was 86.67%（26/30）, significantly higher than that of the control group 66.67%（20/30）（P〈0.05）; The observation group postoperative vaginal margin positive rate, the positive rate of lymph node metastasis, the positive rate of parametrial involvement and vascular invasion were significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）; Observation group of hair loss and the incidence of nausea and vomiting was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）; The recurrence rate and metastasis rate of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）, and the 3 year survival rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusions The short-term curative effect and long-term curative effect of Fuzheng Guben decoction combined with intensity modulated radiation therapy for cervical cancer is obviously better than that of intensity modulated radiotherapy alone, and it has high safety.
