摘要
目的对比化学发光免疫分析技术和酶联免疫吸附试验在乙型肝炎病毒血清学检验中的应用价值。方法选取本院乙型肝炎患者一共100例,患者收入时间在2014年2月至2016年2月,将100例乙型肝炎患者按照电脑随机分为对照组与观察组,观察组50例患者均使用化学发光免疫分析技术,对照组50例患者均使用酶联免疫吸附试验,将两组乙型肝炎患者检验结果进行对比。结果观察组乙型肝炎患者的抗乙型肝炎核心抗体阳性率80.00%、乙型肝炎e抗原阳性率82.00%、抗表面抗体阳性率78.00%、乙型肝炎表面抗原阳性率84.00%高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论将酶联免疫吸附试验和化学发光免疫分析技术在乙型肝炎病毒血清学检验中的应用价值进行比较,化学发光免疫分析技术更具优势,具有较高的检出率,能为后期治疗提供依据,值得在进一步推广及运用。
Objective To compare the application value of chemiluminescent immunoassay and enzymelinked immunosorbent assay in the sero logical test of hepatitis B virus. Methods A total of 100 patients with hepatitis B in our hospital were enrolled. Patients were recruited from February 2014 to February 2016. 100 patients with hepatitis B were randomly divided into control group and observation group Chemotherapy luminescence immunoassay was used in 50 patients in both groups and in observation group. Enzymelinked immunosorbent assay was used in 50 patients in the control group, and the test results of two groups of hepatitis B patients were compared. Results The positive rate of antihepatitis B core antibody in observation group was 80.00%, the positive rate of hepatitis B e antigen was 82.00%, the positive rate of antisurface antibody was 78.00%, the posi tive rate of hepatitis B surface antigen was 84.00% Group patients （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application value of enzymelinked immunosorbent assay and chemiluminescence immunoassay in the serological test of hepatitis B virus are compared. The chemiluminescence immunoassay technolo gy has more advantages, has a higher detection rate, and can be used for posttreatment. The basis for providing is worth further promotion and appli cation.
