摘要
目的:探究免疫球蛋白检验在慢性乙型肝炎患者中的临床价值。方法:选取2017年1月-2019年1月笔者所在医院收治的60例慢性乙型肝炎患者为试验组,同期进行健康体检者60例为对照组。采用免疫比浊法测定两组IgA、IgG及IgM水平,比较检测结果。结果:试验组IgA、IgG及IgM水平均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。病情恶化患者IgA、IgG及IgM水平均明显高于病情好转患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取免疫球蛋白检验能够有效诊断慢性乙型肝炎,应用价值颇高,值得推广使用。
Objective:To explore the clinical value of immunoglobulin test in patients with chronic hepatitis B.Method:A total of 60 cases with chronic hepatitis B treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the experimental group,and 60 cases of healthy patients who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of IgA,IgG and IgM of the two groups were measured by immunoturbidimetry,and the results were compared.Result:The levels of IgA,IgG and IgM in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of IgA,IgG and IgM in the patients with deterioration were significantly higher than those of the patients with improvement,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Taking immunoglobulin test can effectively diagnose chronic hepatitis B,and the application value is quite high,it is worth popularizing.
