摘要
为了保证时间分辨免疫荧光法( TRFIA)和酶联免疫吸附试验( ELISA)对乙型肝炎病毒标志物检测的质量控制,本文分别分析了两种检测方法的各自特点和注意事项,有助于检测人员对分析检测结果是否受到干扰提高判断和处理干扰因素的能力,保证检验结果的准确性。
In order to ensure the time-resolved fluorescence immunoassay(TRFIA)and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)for the quality control of hepatitis B virus marker detection,this paper analyzed the characteristics of two kinds of detection method and the mat ers needing at ention,helps to detect personnel on the analysis of results in detection of whether interference and improve judgment processing of interference factors,to ensure the accuracy of test results.
