摘要
目的:探讨三七接骨丸配合空心钉内固定术治疗股骨颈骨折的疗效。方法:选取80例股骨颈骨折的患者,按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予空心钉内固定术的常规方法治疗,试验组在此基础上加服中药制剂三七接骨丸进行治疗,观察比较两组术后骨折愈合时间、术后并发症发生率和Harris评分。结果:两组患者在骨折愈合时间和Harris功能评分方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组优于对照组;在术后并发症的发生方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:三七接骨丸配合空心钉内固定术治疗股骨颈骨折临床效果较满意。
Objective：To investigate the effect of Sanqi Jiegu pill combined with hollow nail internal fixation in the treatment of femoral neck fracture.Methods：80 cases of femoral neck fracture were divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated by conventional treatment with cannulated screw internal fixation.The experimental group was additionally treated with Sanqi Jiegu pill on this basis.The time of fracture healing,the incidence of postoperative complications and Harris score were observed and compared between the two groups.Results：There was a statistically significant difference in the fracture healing time and Harris function score between the two groups（P〈0.05）,and the experimental group was better than the control group.There was no significant difference in the occurrence of postoperative complications（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of Sanqi Jiegu pill combined with hollow nail internal fixation for the treatment of femoral neck fracture is satisfactory.
