摘要
应用48只家兔的实验性骨折,从生物力学、生化角度观察了内服麦饭石对家兔骨折愈合的影响及愈合期间骨痂中微量元素的变化。结果显示:用药组骨痂锌含量在骨折后13天起,一直高于对照组(P<0.05—0.01);骨痂铁的含量自第9天,锰、铜含量自第12天起一直高于对照组(P<0.05—0.01);胶原含量呈抛物状上升,与对照组有交叉;钙含量一直上升。明显高于对照组(P<0.01);用药组的拉伸、弯曲破坏载荷及拉伸、弯曲强度比对照组高(P<0.05—0.01)。表明:麦饭石提高(或激活)了骨痂中锌、铁、锰、铜的含量(或活性),有利于胶原形成和钙盐沉积,增强了骨的强度,提高了愈合质量。
Abstract Artifical bonydefects weremade over48 rabbits and the rabbits were divided into expermental group and control group.The author stuyed the influence of China Meaical Stone (CMS) on healing of fracture and the charge of microelements in the callus with biomechanical methods and biochemical methods. The results show: the quantity of Zn in the callus of the expermental group was higher than that of the control group after 13 days(P<0.05-0.01);the quantity of Fe from the ninth day and the quantily of Mn,Cu from the twelfth day were higher than that of the control group;the quantity of collagen rose parabolically and there was a cross between the two group; the quantity of calcium rose straight up and was higher than that of the control group (P<0.01);the maximun resistances to bending force and extending force were alos higher than that of the control group (P<0.05-0.01).The author came to the conclusion:CMS can improve the quantities or activement of Zn,Fe,Mn,Cu in the callus,CMS is favourable to the collagen formatiom and calcium deposition, it suggests that CMS not only promots the fracture healing,but also increases the bone intensity.
