摘要
目的:观察特制接骨丸对Masquelet技术形成的诱导膜中VEGF、BMP-2、TGF-β1成骨因子表达的影响。方法:选取48只雄性SD大鼠,以随机数字表法分为空白对照组、低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组4组,每组12只。建立大鼠胫骨骨缺损模型,缺损处植入抗生素骨水泥,术后给予不同浓度的特制接骨丸灌胃。空白对照组给予等量蒸馏水,连续给药4周,取出诱导膜,测量VEGF、BMP-2、TGF-β1的表达。结果:高、中、低剂量组成骨因子表达均高于空白组,且P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;高剂量组表达最明显、中剂量组次之、低剂量组再次之,且两两之间差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:特制接骨丸对Masquelet技术中VEGF、BMP-2、TGF-β1成骨因子的表达具有明显上调作用,且对表达的影响与给药浓度相关。
Objective:To Observe the effect of Special-made Jiegu Pills on the expression of VEGF,BMP-2 and TGF-β1 osteogenic factors in the induced membrane formed by Masquelet technology.Methods:48 male SD rats were selected and divided into 4 groups by random number table method:blank control group,low-dose group,middle-dose group,and high-dose group,each with 12 rats.A rat tibia bone defect model was established.Antibiotic bone cement was implanted in the defect.After the operation,Special-madeJiegu pills of different concentrations were given by gavage.The blank control group was given the same amount of distilled water.Continuous administration for 4 weeks,take out the induced membrane and measure the expression of VEGF,BMP-2,TGF-β1.Results:The expression of bone factor in high,medium and low doses was higher than that of the blank group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression in the high-dose group was the most obvious,followed by the middle-dose group,and again in the low-dose group.The difference was positively correlated with the dose,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Special-made Jiegu Pills can significantly up-regulate the expression of VEGF,BMP-2 and TGF-β1 osteogenic factors in Masquelet technology,and the high-dose group has the most obvious effect on the expression.
