摘要
目的探究在股骨颈骨折(FNF)术后急性疼痛患者中应用筋骨活血汤治疗的临床效果。方法选择我院2021年6月—2022年12月收治的98例FNF术后急性疼痛患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各49例。所有患者均行外科手术治疗,对照组术后予以患者口服布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗,观察组在此基础上加用筋骨活血汤治疗,连续治疗30 d。对比两组患者的临床疗效、疼痛程度、致痛因子、炎症因子及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组临床总有效率为95.92%,高于对照组的81.63%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组疼痛视觉模拟评分及缓激肽、前列腺素E2、白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-1β、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间两组未见明显不良反应。结论在FNF术后急性疼痛患者中应用筋骨活血汤治疗可缓解疼痛,减轻机体炎症反应,是一种安全、可靠的治疗方案,利于预后。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of using Jin Gu Huo Xue Tang in the treatment of acute pain after femoral neck fracture(FNF)surgery.Methods 98 patients with postoperative acute pain after FNF treated in our hospital from June 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.All patients received surgical treatment,control group was given oral ibuprofen sustained release capsules after surgery,observation group was given Jinggu Huoxuetang on the basis of this treatment,continuous treatment for 30 days.The clinical efficacy,pain degree,pain factors,inflammatory factors and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 95.92%,higher than 81.63%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Visual Analogue Score of pain and the levels of bradykinin,prostaglandin E2,interleukin-6,interleukin-1βand tumor necrosis factor-αin the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions were observed in the two groups during treatment.Conclusion The application of Jin Gu Huo Xue Tang in the treatment of acute pain after FNF surgery can alleviate pain,alleviate inflammation,and is a safe and reliable treatment plan and beneficial for prognosis.
