摘要
对全国23所高职院校教师信息化教学能力进行问卷调查发现,高职教师整体信息化教学能力较好,但高职教师信息化教学能力结构各维度发展水平不协调:一方面,高职教师信息化教学意识较强、信息化教学使用意愿明显、信息化教学技能水平较高;另一方面,高职教师信息化教学理论水平较低、信息化教学设计与实施能力有待提升、信息化教学监控能力差异显著。建议从优化信息化教学环境、完善信息化教学能力评估标准、鼓励教师参与信息化教学大赛、构建高职院校信息化建设"三位一体"经费投入支持体系等五方面提升高职教师信息化教学能力。
According to the questionnaire survey on the current situation of teachers' informatization teaching ability at 23 higher vocational colleges in China, it is found that the overall teachers' informatization ability in higher vocational colleges is at good level. But there exits several incompatibilities between different dimensions of teachers' informatization teaching ability in higher vocational colleges. On one hand, teachers in higher vocational colleges have a strong awareness of using informational technologies to teach, an obvious inclination to use informational technologies in teaching widely, and have a great ability to use informational technologies in teaching. On the other hand, teachers in higher vocational colleges have a low theoretical ability for informatization teaching, a low ability for informatization teaching design and implementation, and an obvious difference in informatization teaching monitoring ability. So it ought to improve teachers' informatization teaching ability in higher vocational colleges from the perspectives of optimizing the teaching environment, improving evaluation standards of informatization teaching ability, etc.
