摘要
教育公平已成为我国社会热点问题,尽管我国教育政策对于教育公平的价值追求已给予了一定程度的重视,但是我们还需要从教育政策过程的各个阶段重视教育公平的价值追求,加强教育政策制定的科学化和民主化,重视教育政策执行的信息反馈和信息追踪,构建教育政策评估的教育公平评价指标体系。
Educational equity has recently become a focus of intensive social debate in China. Educational policy-making in China has paid increasing attention to equity issues, however further attention is needed to place equity considerations to each stage of policy making. Other important equity assurance measures involve enhancing scientific and democratic processes in policy making, improve information feedback and collection mechanism in policy implementation, and establishing equity evaluation indicator system.
