摘要
目的研究前列腺癌患者血清中转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)等细胞因子与前列腺癌骨转移的相关性。方法回顾性收集2016年11月至2017年11月经病理学检查结果明确为前列腺癌66例资料,其中经全身骨显像诊断为骨转移的患者33例,未发生全身骨转移的患者33例。利用超声造影观察骨转移与未发生全身骨转移患者病灶微血管血流情况。采集骨转移与未发生全身骨转移患者的肘静脉血,利用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定其血清中TGF-β1、VEGF、IL-6的水平。结果前列腺癌骨转移患者血清TGF-β1、VEGF及IL-6的水平高于未发生骨转移的前列腺癌患者(P<0.05);前列腺癌骨转移患者局灶血流灌注强于未发生骨转移的患者(P<0.05);血清TGF-β1、VEGF及IL-6的水平与前列腺癌骨转移的发生存在一定的相关性(P<0.05)。结论血清TGF、VEGF、IL-6水平与前列腺癌患者全身骨转移的的发生存有一定的关系,血清中TGF、VEGF、IL-6水平的高低可以作为评估前列腺癌患者病情进展程度的指标。
Objective To study the correlation between cytokines such as transforming growth factor-β1 （TGF-β1）, vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） and interleukin-6 （IL-6） with bone metastasis of prostate cancer. Methods 66 cases of pathologically confirmed prostate cancer from November 2016 to November 2017 were selected retrospectively. Among the 66 cases, 33 were diagnosed as bone metastases by whole body bone imaging while the other 33 patients were not. The microvascular blood flow in the lesion was observed by ultrasonography. Serum levels of TGF-β1,VEGF and IL-6 were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）. Results The level of serum TGF-β1, VEGF and IL-6 were higher in patients with bone metastasis than those without （ P 〈0.05）. The focal blood perfusion was more significant in patients with bone metastasis than those without （ P 〈0.05）. The levels of serum TGF-β1, VEGF and IL-6 were correlated with bone metastasis of prostate cancer （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The levels of TGF-β1, VEGF and IL-6 in serum were highly correlated with bone metastasis in prostate cancer patients, according to which the progression of the disease might be assessed.
