组织中P53、TGF-β_(1)水平与前列腺癌患者临床特征的关系

摘要 目的:探讨前列腺癌(PC)组织中p53、转化生长因子-β_(1)(TGF-β_(1))表达水平与患者临床特征的相关性.方法:选取2018年4月至2019年5月河南省南阳市第一人民医院收治的102例行手术治疗的PC患者为研究对象,记录患者的临床特征,并测定病理组织中p53、TGF-β_(1)表达情况,分析组织中p53、TGF-β_(1)水平与PC患者临床特征的相关性.结果:102例PC患者中PCⅠ期29例,Ⅱ期48例,Ⅲ期25例;淋巴结转移42例,病理分级G1共16例,G2共35例,G3共37例,G4共14例;不同TNM分期与病理分级的PC患者组织中p53、TGF-β_(1)表达情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);绘制ROC曲线发现,PC组织中p53、TGF-β_(1)阳性表达评估PC患者临床高分期、病理分级风险的AUC>0.70,均有一定评估价值.结论:组织中p53、TGF-β_(1)阳性表达与PC患者临床特征具有密切联系,二者阳性率越高,患者TNM分期与病理分级越高. Objective:To investigate the correlation between the expression of p53 and transforming growth factor-β_(1)(TGF-B1)in prostate cancer(PC)tissues and clinical characteristics of patients.Methods:One hundred and two patients with PC who underwent surgical treatment in Nanyang First People's Hospital of Henan Province from April 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the research subjects,the clinical features of patients were recorded,and the expression of p53 and TGF-β_(1) in pathological tissues were detected,the correlation between p53 and TGF-β_(1) levels in tissues and clinical features of PC patients was analyzed.Results:Among 102 cases of PC patients,29 cases were stage I,48 cases were stage II and 25 cases were stage III;there were 42 cases of lymph node metastasis,16 cases of G1,35 cases of G2,37 cases of G3 and 14 cases of G4 with pathological grade;compared the expression of p53 and TGF-β_(1) in tissues of PC patients with different TNM stages and pathological grades,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the ROC curve was drawn and showed that the AUC of positive expression of p53 and TGF-B1 in PC tissues in evaluating the risk of high clinical stage and pathological grade was>0.70,with certain evaluative value.Conclusion;The high expression of p53 and TGF-β_(1) in tissues has a significant relationship with the clinical features of PC patients,the higher the positive rate of the two,the higher the TNM stage and pathological grade of patients.
