摘要
为了建立评价牛大力种质资源的方法,笔者在广西药用植物园牛大力种质资源试验基地选取10种不同产地的牛大力种质资源进行不同性状的测定,选择5个重要指标进行加权记分,累计综合加权评分分数,作为牛大力种质资源评定的依据。结果显示:钦州牛大力和上林蔓生牛大力2个品种较好,与实际栽培的牛大力优良品种情况相符合。结论:建立了牛大力种质资源综合评价的一种方法。
Objective： To establish a evaluation methodology and evaluate Millettia specisoa Champ.germplasmresources. Method： the characteristics of Millettia specisoa Champ. from 10 different regions cultured in theexperimental field of Guangxi Botanical Garden of Medicinal Plant were analyzed. Five important indicators wereselected to weight the marks. A general evaluation index was made and used to evaluate Millettia specisoa Champ.Result： The evaluation result showed that the Qinzhou and Shanglin sprawling of Millettia speciosa Champ. werebetter in quality than others, and that were consistent with production practice. Conclusion： A rational techniquesystem for evaluating Millettia specisoa Champ. germplasms was established.
