牛大力不同部位总黄酮、多酚含量及其抗氧化活性研究 被引量:18

Antioxidant Activities and Contents of Total Flavonoids and Polyphenols from Different Parts of Niudali(Millettia Speciose Champ)

摘要 目的以牛大力为原料,研究其不同部位总黄酮和多酚含量及体外抗氧化活性。方法采用AB-8大孔吸附树脂法富集牛大力不同部位的总黄酮和多酚,并对其含量进行测定;在此基础上,采用ABTS法、DPPH法和FRAP法评价其抗氧化能力。结果茎的总黄酮和多酚含量最高,分别为126.32和96.982μg/mg。种子的总黄酮和多酚含量最低,分别为56.52和70.46μg/mg。抗氧化能力随着样品中总黄酮和多酚类化合物含量的升高而升高。ABTS和DPPH自由基清除活性大小依次为:茎>叶>花>根>种子。茎对ABTS和DPPH清除能力的IC;分别为7.16和68.95μg/mL。铁还原氧化能力(FRAP)大小顺序为:茎>叶>根>花>种子。茎的FRAP值为0.56 mmol Fe(Ⅱ)/g DW。结论牛大力不同部位含有较高的总黄酮和多酚含量,具有较好的体外抗氧化活性。 Objective To study the contents of total flavonoids and polyphenols in different parts of Niudali(Millettia speciose Champ)as a material and its antioxidant activity in vitro.Methods The AB-8 macroporous adsorption resin method was used to enrich the total flavonoids and polyphenols in different parts of Niudali(Millettia speciose Champ),and determine their contents.On this basis,the ABTS method,DPPH method and FRAP method were used to evaluate their antioxidant capacity.Results The antioxidant capacity was increased with the increase of total flavonoids and polyphenols.The contents of total flavonoids and polyphenols in the stem were the highest,which were 126.32μg/mg and 96.982μg/mg,respectively.The contents of total flavonoids and polyphenols in the seeds were the lowest,which were 56.52μg/mg and 70.46μg/mg,respectively.The order of ABTS and DPPH radical scavenging activities was stem>leaf>flower>root>seed.The values of IC;of the stems’scavenging ability for ABTS and DPPH were 7.16μg/mL and 68.95μg/mL,respectively.The order of FRAP was stem>leaf>root>flower>seed.The FRAP value of the stem was 0.56 mmol Fe(Ⅱ)/g DW.Conclusion There are high contents of total flavonoids and polyphenols in different parts of Niudali(Millettia speciose Champ),which have good antioxidant activity in vitro.
