摘要
目的分析CD133和ALDH1在卵巢癌组织中的表达及与预后的相关性。方法收集我院自2015年1月至2017年1月收治的132例病理确诊的卵巢癌患者的手术切除标本,同时收集同期的卵巢良性肿瘤和正常卵巢组织,各35例;采用免疫组化法检测标本的CD133和ALDH1表达情况,分析卵巢癌组织CD133和ALDH1的表达与临床病理特征的关系,采用Spearman等级相关检验分析在卵巢癌组织中CD133和ALDH1表达的相关性。结果 CD133和ALDH1在卵巢癌组织中阳性表达率均大于正常卵巢组织,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),在卵巢良性肿瘤与正常卵巢组织之间的CD133和ALDH1阳性表达率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);但在卵巢癌与卵巢良性肿瘤组织之间的CD133阳性表达率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),ALDH1阳性表达率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);在卵巢癌组织中,CD133的表达与FIGO分期、淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05),ALDH1的表达与分化程度、淋巴结转移、术前CA125水平密切相关(P<0.05);经Spearman等级相关检验,在卵巢癌组织中CD133和ALDH1表达呈正相关,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CD133和ALDH1在卵巢癌组织中高表达,与病情进展、预后密切相关,两者联合检测有望成为卵巢癌组织的分子标志物,用于预测不良预后。
Objective To analyze the expression of CD133 and ALDH1 in ovarian cancer and their correlations with the prognosis. Methods We collected 132 cases of pathologically diagnosed ovarian cancer from January 2015 to January 2017 in our hospital and also collected cases of benign ovarian tumors and normal ovarian tissues in the same period of time with 35 cases for each. The expression of CD133 and ALDH1 in specimens of ovarian cancer were detected by histochemistry. The relationship between the expression of CD133 and ALDH1 in ovarian cancer and clinicopathological features were analyzed. Spearman rank correlation test was used to analyze the correlation between CD133 and ALDH1 in ovarian cancer. Results The positive rates of CD133 and ALDH1 in ovarian cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in normal ovarian tissues( P 〈0.05). There were no differences in the positive rates of CD133 and ALDHI between benign ovarian tumors and normal ovarian tissues ( P 〉 0.05 ). However, the positive rates of CD133 expression between ovarian cancer and benign ovarian tumor was statistically different ( P 〉 0.05 ), while the positive rates of ALDH1 expression was not(P 〉0.05). In ovarian cancer,the expression of CD133 was closely related to FIGO stage and lymph node metastasis( P 〉0.05 ) ,while the expression of ALDH1 was closely related to the degree of differentiation,lymph node metastasis and preoperative CA125 level (P 〉 0.05 ). The correlation test showed that the expression of CD133 and ALDH1 in ovarian cancer were positively correlated( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion CD133 and ALDH1 are overexpressed in ovarian cancer tissues, which are closely related to the progression of the disease and prognosis. The combined detection of CD133 and ALDH1 is expected to be a molecular marker of ovarian cancer for the prediction of poor prognosis.
