摘要
BIM技术已成为全球建筑行业的重要技术,政府部门也越来越重视其在大规模保障性住房建设中的应用,利用其可视化的特性,与精益建造这一新型的项目管理模式相结合,在大规模保障性住房建设的设计和施工阶段的应用与实践进行探索研究,从而提高保障房工程质量和过程精细化管理程度,达到消除浪费,减少成本的目的。
BIM has become an important technology in the global construction industry. Government departments have also paid more and more attention on application in large-scale guarantee housing construction. Study the synergies of BIM and lean construction, and the results were used to ensure the design and construction of guarantee housing to explore and improve the quality and the process of fine management, to eliminate waste, cost savings purposes.
