摘要
在研究传统建造的建筑管理模式基础上,结合TFV理论构筑了精益建造体系的建筑管理模式,并通过案例验证该模式的可行性,最后针对其在我国建筑业中的应用提出建议。
Based on the study of the construction management model of traditional construction, this paper builds up the construction management model of lean construction with the combination of TFV theories. And the cases demonstrate the feasibility of this model. The end part of this paper puts forword proposals about the application of the model in Chinese construction industry.
