摘要
在我国城镇化不断发展的当下,我国建设事业正呈现出蓬勃发展态势。建设工程安全管理是建设工程管理体系中极其重要的内容,直接影响着建设工程的经济效益和工程进度、质量安全。在社会建设工程日渐增多的当下,安全问题已经成为建设工程管理工作的重点难点。针对精益安全管理内涵以及精益安全管理与传统安全管理区别进行详细分析,其目的是研究出精益建造视角下建设工程的安全管理策略。
With the continuous development of urbanization in China,China’s construction industry is showing a vigorous development trend.Construction project safety management is an extremely important part of the construction project management system,which directly affects the economic benefits,project progress and quality safety of the construction project.With the increasing number of social construction projects,safety has become the key and difficult point of construction project management.In this paper,the connotation of lean safety management and the difference between lean safety management and traditional safety management will be analyzed in detail.The purpose of this paper is to study the safety management strategy of construction projects from the perspective of lean construction.
