摘要
目的了解儿童家长关于错畸形早期防治知信行(KAP)的现状,并分析其影响因素,为进一步针对性开展错畸形早期防治健康教育,引导人们参与早期防治提供理论依据。方法采用方便抽样方法,选取山东大学口腔医院就诊的儿童家长,进行错畸形早期防治KAP问卷调查。结果共发放问卷520份,回收有效问卷490份。KAP各维度平均得分分别为(14.68±8.21)、(29.97±6.45)、(32.16±7.04)分;多因素逐步回归分析,户口类型、文化程度对家长早期防治知识得分有影响;户口类型对家长信念得分有影响;父亲或母亲、家长是否接受过正畸治疗对家长行为得分有影响。结论儿童家长错畸形早期防治知识缺乏,态度和行为存在不足,因此有必要加强对儿童家长错畸形早期防治知识的宣传。
Objective To investigate parents＇ knowledge-attitudes-practice （KAP） of early preventive and treatment for malocclusions and analyze its influencing factors, further to provide theoretical basis for early prevention and treatment of health education and guide people to participate in early prevention and treatment. Methods By convenient sampling method, parents in Stomatological Hospital of Shandong University were selected and surveyed using KAP questionnaire Results A total of 520 questionnaires were distributed, and 490 valid questionnaires were collected. The participants had an average score of 14.68±8.21 in knowledge, 29.97±6.45 in attitude, and 32.16±7.04 in practice. Multiple regression analysis showed that the account type and education level had an effect on the scores of knowledge. The type of account type had an effect on the scores of parents＇ beliefs. Father or mother, whether parents received orthodontic treatment affect parents＇ behavior score. Conclusion Parents have inadequate knowledge in early prevention and treatment of malocclusion and were poor in the attitudes and behavior. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the early prevention and treatment propaganda work in children＇s parents so as to improve the children＇s oral health
