摘要
目的分析对替牙期安氏Ⅲ类错牙合畸形患者应用MRC矫治器进行治疗的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析本院口腔科2017年1月至2019年1月收治的36例替牙期安氏Ⅲ类错牙合畸患儿的临床资料,应用MRC矫治器进行治疗。结果治疗后,患儿前牙覆盖、前牙覆牙合、上牙弓拥挤度、下牙弓拥挤度均明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),上牙弓宽度和下牙弓宽度均明显高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);SNA角、1-SN角、Y轴均高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),SNB角、-NB角、下颌平面角(MP-FH)均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用MRC矫治器配合有效的牙合肌功能训练治疗替牙期安氏Ⅲ类错牙合畸形,有助于改善患儿反牙合的程度,疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of MRC appliance in the treatment of mixed dentition patients with classⅢmalocclusion in mixed dentition.Methods The clinical data of 36 children with classⅢmalocclusion in the mixed dentition stage admitted to the Department of Stomatology of our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were retrospectively analyzed,and MRC appliances were used for treatment.Results After treatment,the coverage of anterior teeth,the coverage of anterior teeth,the crowding degree of the upper dental arch and the crowding degree of the lower dental arch were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The width of upper dental arch and lower dental arch were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SNA angle,1-SN angle,and Y axis were all higher than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the SNB angle,-NB angle,and mandibular plane angle(MP-FH)were all lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of MRC appliance combined with effective muscle function training to treat class III malocclusion in mixed dentition is helpful to improve the degree of reflexion in children,the effect is remarkable and it is worthy of clinical application.
