摘要
党的十八大以来,习近平总书记远见卓识地站在时代发展的新高度,阐释了一系列关于我国教育发展和改革的新思想。该思想有着深厚的理论内涵和深远的理论来源,并在时代的逻辑演进中充分展现自己的特色,形成了以发展中国特色、世界水平的现代化教育为目标,注重教师和学生两大矛盾统一体,以坚持改革开放、建设双一流、突出民族性为三大抓手,构建创新、公平、实践、开放的四大教育保障体系,深入推进我国教育事业的发展。
Since the 18th National Congress of the Party, General Secretary Xi Jinping has expounded a series of new ideas on the development and reform of education in China. This idea has profound theoretical connotations and far-- reaching theoretical sources, and has fully demonstrated its own characteristics in the logical evolution of the times, has formed a modern education with the goal of developing Chinese characteristics and reaching the level of the developed countries, and has paid attention to two major subjects, teachers and students. We will adhere to the three main tasks of persisting in reform, building double first class and highlighting national character, and establish four major educational guarantee systems, namely innovation, fairness, practice and openness, and further promote the develop ment of education in China.
