药剂学设计性试验教学模式的教改研究 被引量:2

A study on the teaching reform of the designed experimental teaching mode in pharmaceutics

摘要 结合药剂学课程的特点,为了适应药剂学实验教学的更新,将星点设计—响应面法(BBD)引入到本科设计性试验教学中,试验内容包括响应面优化,使用Design-Expert软件对所得试验数据进行分析和验证试验。实践证明,药剂学设计性试验教学的改革,学生不仅可全面地掌握响应面优化的原理,同时可熟练固体分散体制备技术和溶出度的测定技术。有助于培养大学生的创新能力和综合素养,达到提高学生的理论知识水平和动手实践能力、培养其良好的科研素质和创新能力的教学改革初衷,且对其开阔视野、提高解决问题和团队协作的能力也有促进作用。 In view of the characteristics of the pharmaceutics course and the objectives of innovating and upgrading its experimental teaching,the research introduces the response surface methodology(RSM),one popular in the central composite design(CCD),to the undergraduate designed experimental teaching to optimize the response surface,and employs the Design-Expert software to analyze and verify the obtained test data.It has been proved that with the reform,students can not only master the principle of response surface optimization,but also be proficient in the solid dispersion preparation technology and dissolution measurement technology.The practice is helpful to cultivate college students’innovative ability and comprehensive quality,improve students’theoretical knowledge and practical ability,cultivate their good scientific research quality and innovative ability,broaden their vision and improve their ability to solve problems and teamwork.
