摘要
中国特色社会主义进入新时代,干部要有新担当新作为;激励新时代干部担当作为,基础在个人,关键在组织;要通过健全组织保障机制,优化组织路径,为敢于担当作为的干部撑腰鼓劲。近年来,长沙市坚持先行先试,在激励干部担当作为方面做出了许多有益探索,取得了良好的成效,为干部干事创业和担当作为提供了坚强的组织保障,为新时代激励干部新担当新作为提供了有益启示。
With the entry of socialism with Chinese characteristics into the new era,cadres are expected to undertake new responsibilities and new actions;the basis to cultivate cadres'undertaking in the new era lays in each individual and the key the organization.The efforts to perfect the organization guarantee mechanism and to optimize the organization path are some kinds of supportive and cultivating measures for cadres to encourage them to take on the responsibilities.In recent years,Municipality of Changsha insists on priority to carry and try,explores many beneficial deeds in encouraging cadres to take on the responsibilities,and has achieved favorable outcome,which has provided both strong organizational guarantee for cadres to start their own businesses and take on the responsibilities,and beneficial enlightenment for encouraging cadres to take on the new responsibilities in the new era.
