摘要
目的调查四川北部地区老年人群的养老方式需求情况及其影响因素。方法 2017年5-9月,便利抽样法选取四川北部地区(西充县和三台县)60岁及以上老年人397例,通过自行设计问卷《四川北部地区老年人养老方式需求调查问卷》于2017年5-9月进行相关问题的调查。结果接受调查的397例老年人中,320例(80.6%)期望家庭养老,40例(10.08%)期望社区居家养老,37例(9.32%)期望机构养老。文化程度、居住情况是影响四川北部地区老年人养老方式选择的主要因素(均P<0.05)。结论家庭养老是大部分四川北部地区老年人所期望的养老方式,政府应加强该地区除家庭养老以外的养老体系的宣传,建设以家庭养老为基础、社区为依托、机构为补充的多层次养老服务体系。
Objective To investigate the needs and influential factors of aged-care modes in the northern region of Sichuan province.Methods By convenience sampling method,397 elderly people from Xichong and Santai County of north Sichuan were selected and investigated by self-designed questionnaire between May and September 2017.Results 320 cases（80.6%）preferred stay-at-home care,40 cases（10.08%）preferred community service for home care of elderly,37 cases（9.32%）expected aged-care institution.Educational background,living conditions and satisfaction of physical condition were the influencing factors of the choice of the aged-care modes in northern Sichuan（all P〈0.05）.Conclusions The stay-at-home care is the main choice of aged-care modes for the elderly in the northern region of Sichuan province.Therefore,the government should strengthen the publicity of aged-care modes besides stay-at-home care mode and build a multi-level aged-care system based on family,community,and institutions.
