摘要
国家推出"互联网+"战略之后,以阿里云、腾讯云为代表的云计算服务供应商已被部分组织快速接受,越来越多的组织尝试通过云数据中心来解决其IT部署问题。根据对于医疗行业的业务需求理解,首先分析了HIT基础架构目前存在的问题,以及医疗行业云计算技术的应用现状。然后,根据不同规模的医院对于IT系统的实际需求情况,结合混合云关键技术的特点,对医院IT架构设计的方法和业务系统面临的变革进行了细致的剖析和梳理。最后,结合医疗行业的业务特性,针对中大型医院基于混合云技术IT架构设计的策略进行了详细阐述。希望能够对医院信息治理和基础架构的规划设计有所帮助和借鉴。
After the nation launched the strategy of ＂Internet ＋＂, cloud computing service providers represented by Ali Cloud and Tencent Cloud have been quickly accepted by some organizations. More and more organizations tried to solve the problem of its IT deployment through the cloud data center. According to the author＇s understanding of the business needs of the medical industry, the existing problems of HIT infrastructure and the application status of cloud computing technology in the medical industry are first analyzed. And then, according to the actual demands for IT systems of hospitals with different scales, combined with the characteristics of the key technologies of mixed cloud, the hospital IT architecture design method and the reform faced by the business system are analyzed and summarized in details. Finally, combined with the business characteristics of the medical industry, the strategy of IT architecture design based on the mixed cloud technology in large and medium-sized hospitals is described in details. We hope that it can help with and provide reference to hospital information management and planning and design of infrastructure.
