摘要
基于智慧医院建设普遍存在的信息化人才短缺问题,提出改进人才培养机制建设的方法和建议。通过实际问卷调查和访谈,研究分析某"三甲"医院的信息人才队伍现状,发现和总结医院信息人才建设存在的主要问题是人员技术单一、对新技术了解不深入、工作主动性不高、严重缺乏个人成就感、工资收入在医院属于偏低水平等。在分析问题产生的深层次原因之后,提出符合医院现阶段实际情况和未来发展信息人才队伍改进思路,以帮助医院建立标准化的信息人才培养制度与机制,推动智慧医院信息化人才建设。
Based on the shortage of informatization talents in the construction of smart hospital,this paper puts forward methods and suggestions to improve the construction of talent training mechanism.Through the actual questionnaire survey and interview,this paper studies and analyzes the current situation of the information talent team in a“three a”hospital,and finds and summarizes the main problems existing in the construction of hospital information talent,such as single personnel technology,lack of in-depth understanding of new technology,low work initiative,serious lack of personal sense of achievement,low salary in the hospital,etc.After analyzing the deep-seated causes of the problems,this paper puts forward the improvement ideas in line with the actual situation of the hospital at the present stage and the future development of information talent team,so as to help the hospital establish a standardized information talent training system and mechanism,and promote the construction of intelligent hospital information talents.
