摘要
电子病案管理过程中遇到了数据的传输存储、医院内部系统之间的信息集成和共享、医疗机构之间信息共享等重要技术障碍。将电子病案信息转移到云存储上,所有的数据存在"云"中,医院不再担心存储设备不够的问题。还可以降低医院软件及硬件费用的支出和日常维护的成本。云计算技术的优势,为电子病案搭建了一个经济、安全、灵活高效的信息共享平台。解决了电子病案的一些难题,为电子病案建设带来更多的益处。但是目前应用云计算的最大阻力是对于隐私和安全问题的保障以及缺乏相应的国家标准等问题。
During management of electronic medical records, it comes across some vital technical obstacle such as transportation and storage of da- ta, information integration and sharing among internal systems of hospital and information sharing among medical institutes. Hospital may no longer concern about inadequate storage device if we transfer electronic medical records information to cloud storage and all the data keep in ＇cloud＇, which can decrease expenses and cost of daily maintenance of hospital software and hardware. The advantage of cloud computing technology is to provide an eco- nomic, safe, flexible and efficient information sharing platform for electronic medical records. It solves some difficult problems of electronic medical records bring more benefits hpr it. However, at present, the biggest obstruction to cloud computing application is that the guarantee of privacy and safe- tv nroblems and lack of relevant national standard.
