摘要
目的探讨舒肝解郁胶囊联合常规西药治疗慢性非萎缩性胃炎伴抑郁患者的临床疗效。方法将经内镜检查诊断为慢性非萎缩性胃炎,且符合《中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准(第三版)》抑郁的诊断标准,以及汉密尔顿量表(HAMD)24项量表评分符合轻度和中度抑郁症的患者60例,按照数字表法随机分为对照组和试验组,各30例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,试验组在此基础上加服舒肝解郁胶囊,均治疗6周。结果试验组总有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05);试验组的HAMD评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组健康调查量表(SF-36)中8个维度积分均得到改善,其中活力、情感职能2个维度试验组的改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者均未见明显肝肾功能损害等不良反应。结论舒肝解郁胶囊联合常规西药治疗慢性非萎缩性胃炎伴抑郁,可有效改善临床症状、抑郁情况和生存质量,优于单纯的西药治疗。
Objective To investigate the effect of Shugan Jieyu Capsules combined with conventional Western medicine in the treatment of chronic non atrophic gastritis（ NAG） with depression. Methods Totally 60 patients were diagnosed as chronic NAG by endoscopy,who accorded with the diagnostic standard of CCMD-3 depression and conformed to mild to moderate depression according to the HAMD24 scale,all the patients were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,30 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional Western medicine,on this basis,the experimental group was given Shugan Jieyu Capsules. The two groups were treated for 6 weeks. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 93. 33%,which was significantly higher than 73. 33% of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The HAMD score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. After treatment, the scores of 8 dimensions in SF-36 scale in the two groups were improved, and the improvements of VT and RE dimensions in the experimental group were better than those in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. No adverse reactions such as damage of liver and kidney function were observed in the two groups. Conclusion Shugan Jieyu Capsules combined with conventional Western medicine in the treatment of patients with chronic NAG with depression can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,depression and quality of life,which is better than simple Western medicine.
