摘要
以幽门螺杆菌为主要原因引起的慢性胃炎是一种国人常见疾病,其发病率在各种胃病中常年居首。而慢性胃炎的发展往往伴随有焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪的产生,这些不良情绪也会引起或加重慢性胃炎的病发或恶化。为更好地使用中医治疗此病,慢性胃炎合并焦虑状态的相关规律与中医证素分布规律及相关性研究显得尤为重要。该文将通过选取并收集陕西省中医医院脾胃病二科2019年1月—2020年5月就诊的患者相关信息及各项诊断证素特点,建立相关数据模型,探讨慢性胃炎合并焦虑状态的中医证素分布规律,并通过查阅相关文献挖掘慢性胃炎与焦虑状态的进一步关系等方法,研究慢性胃炎合并焦虑状态的中医证素分布规律及慢性胃炎合并焦虑状态的相关性,以期为临床上明确诊断为慢性胃炎合并焦虑状态的患者提供中医辨证论治的理论支持。
Helicobacter pylori as the main cause of chronic gastritis is a Chinese common disease,its incidence in various kinds of stomach trouble tops all the year round.And the development of chronic gastritis is often accompanied by causing bad emotions such as anxiety,depression,these bad moods can also cause or aggravate the disease of chronic gastritis.To better use the traditional Chinese medicine treatment to the disease.In this paper,the author selected and collected the relevant information of patients and the characteristics of various diagnostic syndrome elements in the Second Department of Spleen and Stomach Diseases of Shaanxi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2019 to may 2020,established relevant data models,explored the distribution law of TCM syndrome elements of chronic gastritis complicated with anxiety,and explore the further relationship between chronic gastritis and anxiety by consulting relevant literature to study the distribution law of TCM syndrome elements of chronic gastritis complicated with anxiety and the correlation between chronic gastritis complicated with anxiety,in order to provide theoretical support for the clinical diagnosis of patients with chronic gastritis complicated with anxiety.
