摘要
精神心理因素是导致早泄的常见因素,故采取情志疗法是治疗早泄的重要手段。柴胡桂枝汤首载于《伤寒论》,由小柴胡汤与桂枝汤两方合半而成,具有疏肝和营之功效。刘渡舟教授指出柴胡桂枝汤可用于治疗神经官能证(中医称为“肝气不疏”)。临床上运用柴胡桂枝汤治疗早泄取得了较好的疗效。针对早泄病的病因病机,借用柴胡桂枝汤“疏肝和营”功效,进一步探讨其治疗肝气郁结型早泄病的机理,发现其作用机制为疏肝郁调气机、和营卫调气血。
Mental and psychological factors are common factors leading to premature ejaculation,so emotional therapy is an important means to treat premature ejaculation.Chaihu Guizhi Decoction,first published in Treatise on Febrile Diseases,is a mixture of small chaihu soup and guizhi soup,which has the effect of soothing the liver and nourishing the body.Professor Liu Duzhou pointed out that Chaihu Guizhi Decoction can be used to treat neurological disorders(TCM called“liver-qi stagnation”).Clinical application of Chaihu Guizhi Decoction in the treatment of pre-mature ejaculation has achieved a good effect.In view of the etiology and pathogenesis of premature ejaculation dis-ease,the mechanism of Chaihu Guizhi Decoction in treating liver qi stagnation type premature ejaculation disease was further discussed based on the effect of Chaihu Guizhi Decoction by soothing the liver and nourishing the body.
