摘要
我国天然产物资源丰富,天然产物的粗提手段比较成熟,但缺乏高纯度产品的精制技术。层析技术能分离一系列结构较为相似的成分,具有分离量大、产品纯度高等优点,在各种分离纯化中展现了良好的应用前景。文章综述了目前层析技术在天然产物分离纯化中的研究进展。
Our country is abundant in natural products,and the technology of natural product extraction is well known,however,the technology of high-purity separation is lack. Chromatography can separate a series of similar components with high preparative capacity and product purity. This technology shows good prospect in the purification of active ingredients from natural products. In this review,the application of chromatography in the separation and purification of active ingredients was introduced.
