摘要
以薇菜为原料提取黄酮类化合物,以上样量、洗脱流速、乙醇浓度为考察对象,采用聚酰胺柱层析法优化分离纯化工艺条件。结果表明:最佳分离工艺参数为上样量3m L(浓度0.749mg/m L)、70%的乙醇、200m L/h的流速洗脱,谱峰较窄,洗脱峰的黄酮含量达到14.45%。此法可较好地分离纯化薇菜黄酮类化合物,经济实用。
with considering of specimen volume,flowing rate for elution, ethyl alcohol concentration,technological conditions of separation and purification is analyzed for chemical compound of flavone extracting from Osmunda through polyamide column layer-eluting.It has now been found that eluting specimen of 3m L(with concentration level of 0.749mg/m L)by ethyl alcohol solution of 70% flowing at the rate of 200 m L/h yielded a diagram of curves with a narrower peak for flavone constent which can be reached at 14.45%.The object of this reseach is to provide a better economic method of separating and purificating chemical compound of flavone.
