摘要
对近5年来大孔吸附树脂在分离纯化中药生物碱类化合物方面的文献进行整理和归类分析,包括对吡啶类、异喹啉类、吲哚类、萜类、甾体类、有机胺类和其他类生物碱的富集纯化应用等,并对影响大孔树脂吸附效果的因素进行分析,包括树脂结构、上样液的浓度和pH、温度、流速、洗脱剂种类等。以期为大孔树脂用于生物碱类化合物的研究和生产提供理论依据和技术参考。
This paper was to arrange and classific literature of macroporous adsorption resin in application for alkaloids, including enrichment and purification of pyridine, indole, isoquinoline, terpenoids, steroids, organic amine and other kinds of alkaloids. This paper also analyzes the factors affecting the adsorption of macroporous resin, including the structure of the resin, the concentration of the sample solution and pH, temperature, flow rate, and the types of the elution agent. This paper selects 27 references in 2010 --2015 years, accounting for 75 %, in order to provide heoretical basis and technical reference of study and production of alkaloids by using maeroporous resin.
