摘要
大学国际化是世界高等教育发展的历史潮流,也是我国高校建设世界一流大学的必然选择。本研究利用政策内容量化分析方法,对C9高校"十三五"规划文本中的国际化发展内容进行分类编码,统计分析了C9高校在"十三五"期间应对大学国际化发展的战略部属和策略选择,发现了C9高校在学生培养国际化、教师国际化等七个方面的部署特征,也发现了C9高校在本校教师国际化培养、信息平台和校园文化的国际化建设、孔子学院的建设和对接"一带一路"倡议等方面存在的不足,并进行了相关讨论。
University internationalization is the historical trend of higher education development in the world. It is also the inevitable choice for Chinese to build world-class universities. In this study, we classified and coded the content of internationalization in the ＂13 th Five-Year Plan＂ text of C9 universities,and statistically analyzed the Countermeasures of C9 universities with the method of quantitative analysis of policy content. We found that the deployment characteristics of C9 universities in seven aspects such as internationalization of students and internationalization of teachers, and also found and discussed the existing problems of C9 universities in aspects of faculty international cultivation, information platform and university culture international development, Confucius Institutes building and ＂Belt and Road＂ Initiative docking and so on.
