摘要
黄酮是一类具有多种生物活性的天然功能成分,在食品、医药、保健品等领域应用广泛。该研究综述了柳叶中黄酮提取纯化及其生物活性在我国的研究进展,以期为柳叶黄酮的进一步研究、开发应用提供参考依据。
Flavonoids is a kind of natural functional component, which has a variety of biological activities, and it is widely used in food, medicine and health care products. The research progress on extraction, purification and provide reference for further bioactivities of the willow leaf flavonoids were reviewed, which would research and development of the willow leaf flavonoids.
