摘要
橙皮苷是一种具有多种生物活性的天然功能性组分,在医药、食品和化工等领域应用广泛。对橙皮苷近几年来的提取方法和提取工艺进行了综述,着重介绍了提取橙皮苷常用的四种方法,即溶剂浸渍法、醇溶剂回流法、超声波辅助法和微波辅助法。对四种提取方法的基本原理进行了简要的介绍,同时对四种提取方法的优缺点进行了分析。以期为橙皮苷的研究、开发和利用提供参考。
Hesperidin is a kind of natural functional component, which has several unparalleled bioactivities, and it is widely applied in medicines, food and chemistry. Review advances in extraction method of hesperidin, which include solvent impregnation method, solvent reflux method, ultrasonic-assisted extraction and microwave-assisted extraction. The principles of these extraction methods has been introduced. Meanwhile, the advantages and disadvantages of these extraction methods are analyzed. The aim is to provide references for research, development and utilization ofhesperidin.
