摘要
六盘水是全国"首批十个"地下综合管廊试点城市之一,六盘水市地下综合管廊项目也是我国"首个"落地实施的PPP管廊项目。在六盘水综合管廊施工全过程中应用BIM技术,解决管线综合排布、碰撞及净空检查、土方开挖量等问题,应用BIM5D平台,有效解决了超长作业面项目管理分散的问题,保证了项目的高效、稳定进行,提高了管廊的施工进度与效率,在质量、安全等方面也协助项目进一步提高项目管控力度。项目自主开发的打灰系统,将检测试验数据录入系统,并和BIM模型关联,配合BIM工作管控整个项目混凝土浇筑流程。
Liupanshui city is one of the first ten underground comprehensive utility tunnel cities in our country, and the underground comprehensive utility tunnel in Liupanshui is also the PPP project implemented by our country' s first ' landing' project. The application of BIM technology in the whole process of Liupanshui comprehensive utility tunnel construction solves the pipeline comprehensive arrangement, collision and clearance inspection, earth excavation and other issues. The application of BIM5D platform effectively solves the problem of long working face dispersion of project management, in order to ensure the efficient and stable project, and improve the construction progress and efficiency of utility tunnel, in quality, safety and other aspects to assist the project to further improve project management and control efforts. The self-developed ash making system inputs the test data into the system and relates it to the BIM model, and works with the BIM to control the concrete pouring process of the whole project.
