摘要
基于市场动态造价数据构建造价信息库,利用三维建筑信息模型关联进度计划与成本造价,构建楼宇动态造价管理平台,实现动态造价预测和智慧化成本控制。结合已有造价数据,介绍造价数据管理、区域构件计量计价、造价动态分析等方面的应用,以期推动未来造价管理技术的应用。
This paper builds up a database based on dynamic market cost,integrates delivery time plan and construction cost into Building Information Model and frames the management platform of dynamic cost for the building construction to achieve predicting the construction price on time and smartly control the building cost.Based on existing price data,introduces the application of the management of price data,the amount and pricing of construction zone and analysis of dynamic price,in a bid to promote AI technology in the application of cost dynamic management.
