摘要 为加快施工进度,澳门口岸人工岛管线检查井采用预制装配式钢筋混凝土井施工。由于本工程管网错综复杂,管线与井室接驳点位置皆不相同,加上管线口径存在差异,每个井室预留洞口规格均不相同,给预制井施工带来极大困难。通过使用BIM技术优化排水管线,参数化设计预制井相关设计指标,提高预制井开孔精准度,极大降低井、管对接时错漏的几率。 In order to speed up the construction progress, the inspection wells of the artificial island pipelines at the Macao Port were constructed using prefabricated reinforced concrete wells. Because the pipeline network of this project is intricate, the positions of pipelines and wells are not the same. In addition to the differences in pipeline diameters, the specifications of reserved holes in each well are different, which brings great difficulties to the construction of prefabricated wells. Through the use of BIM technology to optimize the drainage pipeline, the design parameters of the prefabricated wells are parameterized to improve the precision of the prefabricated wells, which greatly reduces the chance of missed and missed connections between wells and pipes,and ensures the project cost and construction period.
