摘要
综合管廊作为智慧城市建设的重要组成部分,是城市功能的地下延伸。通过分析综合管廊管理特点,针对参与人员繁多管理困难等难点,研究基于建筑信息模型(BIM)技术的综合管廊协同管理工作模式,建立基于BIM的智慧综合管廊协同管理平台,以实际案例进行实证分析,为进一步研究综合管廊项目管理提供有效途径,引导综合管廊建设智慧发展。
As an important part of the construction of a smart city,the integrated pipe corridor is an underground extension of urban functions.This paper analyzes the management characteristics of comprehensive pipe gallery.Aiming at the difficulties of many participants and management difficulties,studies the collaborative management mode of integrated pipe gallery based on building information model(BIM)technology,and establishes a BIM based collaborative management platform for intelligent integrated pipe gallery.Finally,carries out empirical analysis to provide an effective way to further study the management of integrated pipe corridor projects and guide the intelligent development of integrated pipe corridor construction.
