摘要
物流业是碳排放的主要行业之一,分析物流业碳排放和影响因素的区域差异可为分区域制定减排措施提供科学依据。基于Panel data,利用IPCC方法测算我国30个省区2007—2014年物流业的碳排放量,运用LMDI模型将碳排放影响效应分解为能源结构、能源强度、经济发展和人口规模效应,并将全国划分为东、中、西三个区域,挖掘三个区域碳排放影响因素的差异。结果显示,就全国平均水平而言,经济发展效应是物流业碳排放最主要的正向效应,人口规模效应次之,能源强度效应是主要的负向效应,其次是能源结构效应;就区域差异而言,能源强度效应在东部地区的表现最明显,人口规模效应对西部地区的影响相对较大,经济发展效应对东部与西部地区的影响高于中部地区。
Logistics industry was one of the main industry responsible for carbon emission. Analysis of regional differences in carbon emissions and impact factors in the logistics industry could provide a scientific basis for the development of mitigation measures. Based on the panel data,analysis of regional differences in carbon emissions and impact factors in the logistics industry could provide a scientific basis for the development of mitigation measures. This paper used the IPCC method to measure the carbon emissions of the logistics industry in 30 provinces in China during 2007-2014. The LMDI model was used to decompose the carbon emission effect into energy structure effect,energy intensity effect,economic development effect and population scale effect. And the 30 provinces in China were divided into three regions: Eastern,central and western regions,to excavate the regional differences in carbon emissions and the impact of carbon emission factors. For the national average,the results showed that economic development effect was the most main positive factor to carbon emission of logistics industry,followed by the population scale effect. Energy intensity effect was the main negative impact on carbon emissions,followed by the energy structure effect,but the inhibition was not obvious. The regional differences of carbon emissions were obvious,the eastern region was obviously higher than the middle and western regions. There were significant differences among the three regional carbon emission factors. Energy intensity effect was the most influential factor of carbon emission in the eastern region. The significant influencing factor in western China was population scale effect. Economic development effect on middle and western regions was higher than that in the central region.
