摘要
经济的发展和社会的转型孕育了对教育多元化的需求。高职教育过分重视专业技能培养而忽视综合素质教育的功利化人才培养观念,严重影响了人才培养的质量。将内涵建设阶段高职院校人文素质课程改革作为研究对象,突破传统单一的课程体系,把素质课程改革作为一项系统工程,从教育理念转变、课程设置、教学方法改革、教材建设、考核评价体系构建等环节着手,设计素质课程改革方案。
The development of economy and the transformation of society have brought about the demand for educational pluralism. The utilitarian talent cultivation concept of over-emphasis on professional skills training and neglecting comprehensive quality education has seriously affected the quality of talent cultivation. The purpose of this paper is to break through the traditional single and stereotyped curriculum construction system, to regard quality curriculum reform as the system engineering, to design quality curriculum reform program begin with the educational idea, the curriculum, the teaching method, the teaching materials, the assessment system construction and other links.
