摘要
在研究传统行波旋转型超声电机结构和工作原理的基础上,应用Solid Works软件建立超声电机柔性转子三维模型,并应用ANSYS软件进行模态分析。研究了柔性转子结构参数对自身固有频率的影响,研究结论可为超声电机柔性转子及电机本体结构设计提供理论依据。
Based on the study of the structure and working principle of the traditional traveling wave rotary ultrasonic motor, a three-dimensional model of flexible rotor of ultrasonic motor was established by using SolidWorks software, and the modal analysis was carried out by ANSYS software. The influence of the structural parameters of the flexible rotor on its natural frequency was studied. The conclusion can provide the theoretical basis for physical design of the flexible rotor of the ultrasonic motor and the main motor body.
