摘要
研究了旋转行波超声波电机(RTWUSM)定子设计参数:定子齿高、齿宽与槽宽比、定子内外圈直径、弹性支撑位置与定子所受预压力对超声波电机模态频率的影响,采用了有限元法与正交设计法研究了定子设计参数之间的交互作用,得出了各设计参数间的相互影响程度,得出定子齿高以及定子齿高与定子内圈直径的交互作用对于模态混叠的改善有很大作用,而预压力增大时对模态混叠无明显改善。该结论对超声波电机的优化设计,模态混叠现象的改善有一定价值。
The ring-type traveling wave ultrasonic motor stator tooth, ratio of tooth width and slot width, inner and outer diameter of stator, position of flexible support and pre-pressure the stator suffered have been analyzed. The finite element method and the orthogonal design method have been adopted in the interaction effect of stator design parameters analysis. The interaction extent of the design parameters has been obtained. The conclusion stator tooth height and the interaction effect of the tooth height and stator inner diameter are the significant role of improving the modal - aliasing has been obtained.
