摘要
本文研究了自组织与创新的关系问题,在阐述自组织系统的概念与特征的基础上,对自组织机制进行了辨析,以自组织机制对自组织系统本身的影响作为分类标准将自组织机制区分为维持机制与创新机制,自组织维持机制维护自组织系统的既有的、相对稳定状态,自组织创新机制打破系统既有的稳定状态从而刺激自组织系统整体变迁。进而从自组织系统的特性以及辩证法的发展观两个角度,论证了一切事物的演化发展是自组织创新机制的结果。
This paper studies the relationship between self-organization and innovation issues.On the basis of the concept and characteristics of self-organization systems,this paper analyzes the mechanism of self-organization.According to the mechanism＇s impact self-organization mechanism is divided into maintaining mechanism and innovative mechanism.Maintaining mechanism keeps the system in a steady state,while innovative mechanism breaks the system stability and promotes the system changes.From this point of characteristics of self-organization systems and the development concept of dialectics,the evolution of all things is the result of self-organization innovation mechanism.
