Research on the Relationship Among Corporate Culture,Inter-team Learning Modes and Inter-team Learning Performance in Organizations

摘要 探讨组织中文化、团队间学习模式和学习绩效间的关系。通过问卷调查、数据分析和假设检验得出,团队间学习模式和企业文化与团队间学习绩效有显著相关性;支持型企业文化有利于合作型学习模式的开展,而官僚型和创新型企业文化有利于竞争型学习模式的开展;支持型企业文化通过合作型学习模式对团队间学习绩效有影响,官僚型企业文化和创新型文化通过竞争型学习模式对团队间学习绩效产生影响。 The relationship among corporate culture,inter-team learning modes and inter-team learning performance in organizations is discussed in this paper. The conclusion can be drawn through questionnaire surveys,data analysis and hypothesis testing that there is a significant correlation among corporate culture,inter-team learning modes and inter-team learning performance. Supporting corporate culture is beneficial to the development of the cooperative learning mode,whereas the bureaucratic and innovative corporate culture benefits the development of the competitive learning mode. Meanwhile,the supporting corporate culture has an influence on the inter-team learning performance through the cooperative learning mode,while the bureaucratic and innovative corporate culture has an impact on the inter-team learning performance through the competitive learning mode.
