摘要
用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定西兰花叶保健茶中的萝卜硫素含量,并通过测定发现,西兰花叶保健茶中含萝卜硫素20.848 mg/kg,达到了直接进行90℃干燥处理的西兰花中萝卜硫素含量的25%。
The content of sulforaphane in broccoli leaf health tea was determined by high performance liquid chromatography（ HPLC）.The results indicated that the content of sulforaphane in broccoli leaf health tea was 20. 848 mg/kg,accounting for 25% of the content of sulforaphane in directly dried broccoli at 90℃.
