摘要
萝卜硫素(1-异硫氰酸-4-甲磺酰基丁烷)是蔬菜中发现的活性最强的抗癌成分,具有很高的研究价值和市场前景,阐述了萝卜硫素的前体物质硫代葡萄糖苷在十字花科植物中的分布规律及检测方法,并就萝卜硫素的理化性质、检测及分离纯化技术等方面进行系统分析,为萝卜硫素生物制取和深加工利用提供理论与技术借鉴。
The incidence of cancer is rising tread recently. Sulforaphen [1-isothiocyanato-4- (methulsulfinyl) -butane] is considered one of the most premising anticarcinogens, show the strongest evidence of anticarcinogentic activity among vegetables. So it is an extensive foreground and the value of research. In this paper, in light of its own with previous studies, described the distribution of sulforaphen precursor substances glucosinolates in cruciferous plants and detection methods, and the physical and chemical nature of sulforaphen, detection and separation and purification technology and other aspects of the system analysis. In order to provide theoretical and technical reference in aspects of the biological extraction and use of deep processing of sulforaphen.
