摘要
水资源压力时空变化特征是区域水资源问题识别、水资源优化配置和可持续发展决策等的重要基础信息。以喀斯特高原水资源压力为研究对象,从人口需水、水资源供给、经济发展需水、生态环境需水和水资源保障技术5个角度,构建水资源压力评价模型,分析贵州省水资源压力时空变化特征。结果表明:2000—2014年间,贵州省水资源压力呈显著上升趋势,人口需水压力、生态环境需水压力和水资源保障技术压力是导致贵州水资源压力较高的主要原因;其中,生态环境需水压力波动较大,且始终处于较高水平。各市(州)水资源压力空间差异较大,贵阳市水资源压力最大(0.73),黔东南州水资源压力最小(0.12),除黔东南州外,其余各市(州)均存在一定程度的水资源危机。
The temporal and spatial changecharacteristics of water resources pressure is an important basic information for the problem i- dentification of regional water resources, optimal allocation of water resources and decision of sustainable development. Taking water re- sources pressure of Karst plateau asa research object, this paper constmcteda evaluation model of water resources pressure and ana- lyzedits temporal and spatial change characteristics in Guizhou provincefrom 5 perspectives of population water demand, water re- soureessupply, economic water demand, ecological water requirements and water protection technology. The results indicated that, dur- ing 2000 -2014, the pressure of water resources in Guizhou province showed a significant upward trend. The main reason was the pres- sure of population water demand, ecological water requirements and water protection technology. Also, the pressure of ecological water requirements fluctuated obviously, and it always kept in a high level. There weresignificant differences in water resources pressure in each cities (prefectures), the maximum one was Guiyang city(0.73), the minimum one was Qiandongnan prefecture(0.12). Excluding Qiandongnanprefecture, all the cities (prefectures) must exist the water resources crisisto some extent.
